Reseller autopilot

What reseller autopilot actually means.

One operator-grade agent that runs the full listing-to-label loop for you — watching every store, auto-relisting dropped listings, repricing against sold comps, replying with the counter script you wrote, and printing the pre-paid label the moment a sale clears. That is the whole job. Below are the four pieces.

A reseller autopilot is the full-cycle operator behind your storefronts. It watches every connected channel — eBay, Poshmark, Mercari — sees when a listing drops out of search, replays the listing on the same channel or the next one up, reprices against live sold comps at your tier's cadence, replies to lowballs with the counter scripts you drafted, and prints the buyer's shipping label the second a sale clears. Four jobs, one loop, no babysitting.

That is what separates it from a cross-poster. A cross-poster copies one listing from channel A to channels B and C and then stops. It has no idea your eBay listing dropped, no idea an offer landed at 60% of ask, no idea the sale cleared three hours ago and the label never printed. The four jobs do not even know about each other. That is exactly why resellers move off a tool like Vendoo once they hit real volume — see the side-by-side.

What the agent runs, and what only you write

Sellers stay the author. You write the counter scripts; the agent runs them at offer time. You set the floor; the agent audits it on the cadence your tier pays for. You pick the carrier and the package type; the agent pulls the buyer address, applies the preset, and prints the pre-paid label through the channel's own label flow. None of that gets re-invented per shipment, and nothing ships with your name on it without your preset in front of it.

The agent brings the timing and the bookkeeping. The counter library capacity by tier is the obvious knob — Closet Cleaner ships three shared scripts, Side Hustler adds twelve plus per-channel overrides, Full-Time Flipper lets you write a different counter for every SKU. None of those scripts are written by the agent. The agent just delivers the text at the right moment.

Job 1 — Watch listings

The agent polls every listing across every connected channel on the cadence your tier pays for. It looks for drop events: a listing deleted by the channel, a sold-without- stock state, a hide-from-search toggle, a GTC cycle timing out on eBay. When a drop happens, it wakes up the next job in the loop. Without the watch, nothing else runs. See cadence per tier →

Job 2 — Auto-relist

On the drop, the agent re-posts the same SKU on the same channel using the listing template approved for that item. Closet Cleaner runs the relist weekly. Side Hustler runs it hourly. Full-Time Flipper runs it the moment a listing goes stale. The relisted copy uses the same photo set, the same category, the same shipping profile you approved for the SKU — the operator never posts a drift.

Job 3 — Reprice & counter

Two jobs share this beat. Pricing tracks median sold comps on the tier's cadence and moves your listings up or down within the floor you set; the floor is honored every time, and Full-Time Flipper lets you override the curve per SKU. The counter library runs the script you drafted against any offer below your threshold and replies in under five minutes — that library is the part that stays yours.

Job 4 — Label & ship

On a cleared sale, the agent pulls the buyer address, applies your preset carrier, and prints the pre-paid label through the channel that owns it — eBay ships through eBay, Poshmark through Poshmark, Mercari through Mercari. Nothing runs through a middleman. The label path is the one you approved on your first end-to-end test shipment, and the label volume tracks your tier exactly. After that, the agent handles fulfillment the way you handled it.

Handing the loop to the agent

The four jobs are not a wizard you finish and walk away from. They are one continuous background process — listing to label, every day — that runs while you source the next batch. You set the rules once and audit the actions after.

That is what "on autopilot" means in practice: list, counter, reprice, ship — without you standing between the agent and the buyer. The store keeps moving while you sleep, the loop is auditable end to end, and the only voice your buyers hear is the one you wrote.

Run the loop yourself first

Then hand it to the agent.
